Cutting it close, I successfully reached my Goodreads goal of 18 books on the eve of 2024. I almost didn’t make it. I had two books left to read with two weeks to complete them. What kept me away from my bookshelf for part of the year? Swifties and I were crafting friendship bracelets out of Eras-coloured glass, semi-precious stones, and plastic alphabet beads. I was in my crafting era.
